Going Green

Thank you for your interest in the 4th Annual BoCo Music Festival presented by the Beaufort County Arts Council. The event will take place in Festival Park in historic downtown Washington. The festival will be a celebration of music, art, and culture. The vendor opportunity is for one day only - Saturday, April 28. Please read the following guidelines carefully before applying to participate.
  • Saturday, April 28 activities will be scheduled from 10am to 10pm.
  • Demonstration and sharing booths are encouraged. Costumes and interactive demonstrations are also encouraged. Heritage and indigenous artisans are encouraged.
  • All media is encouraged, however, BCAC reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors selling similar items.
  • The fee for the event is $50 for the day. All fees are non-refundable. Please see applications for fee schedule. The festival will be held rain or shine.
  • Check-in will begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 28.
  • Vendors will be located on the green space in front of the NC Estuarium in the Festival Park area on the waterfront. The physical address is 119 East Water Street,Washington, NC 27889.
  • All vendors should be set-up and ready for the public and vehicles unloaded and removed from the festival by 10:00 a.m. Vendors may remain open until the event ends at 10pm, but are required to remain open until at least 6pm.
  • Vendor space is at least 12' X 12', and located outside on a grassy area which is a former industrial site. Therefore, the ground is not accepting to staking so be prepared to secure your site another way.
  • Vendor is responsible for all display materials (canopies, tarps, tables, chairs, etc.)
  • Cars will not be allowed to drive up directly to the booth space or park at the booth. There will be a loading/unloading area, but be prepared to transport your supplies a short distance by foot.

BCAC is presenting the festival as a "Green" event. The festival will strive to leave a small footprint by encouraging recycling and using recyclable products. BCAC is seeking participation by businesses, individuals, and non-profits that offer green products and information including but not limited to advocacy booths, healing arts, gardening, bio-fuels, energy conservation, solar and wind energy, sustainable living concepts, and green building. The vending opportunity is for one day only - Saturday, April 28. Please read the following guidelines carefully before applying to participate.
